Bowman's Royal Hotel

After it was delicenced it became in turn a printing office and auctioneers offices.
It was known locally at “Rats Castle.” The gateway adjoining is now the site of Mr. Ewart’s
news agency; and the shed higher up the street is where now Mr. Law’s butchering establishment is situated.
